Can't Reverse Telecine 24P normal footage

I've just finished shooting a documentary in both 24P Normal and 24P Advanced with a DVX100B. I've read up on how to use reverse telecine in Cinema Tools to be able to edit both formats of footage on the same 23.98fps timeline. However, when I try to RevTelecine my 24P normal footage, Cinema Tools isn't letting me. The button/icon for the RT function is not clickable. Am I not understanding the process or the workflow of the 24P/24PA formats? I have a rough cut deadline next week and I'm quite frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'd be glad to give technical credit to anyone who helps, ha!

Reverse Telecine of 29.97 footage (24P) is a much more difficult process involving finding the starting point for your shots. Not a fun process at all. As you know, the 24PA footage is "as easy as eating pancakes." (to quote Ray Butts)
 
Sorry, I'm not very familiar with the functionality of Cinema Tools. Here is a workflow for Cinema tools and the DVX100 I found. There are also other programs you can try to remove pulldown like TmpgEnc Xpress and DVFilm Maker.

Wow, ok so capture both 24P standard and 24P Advanced in 29.97 NTSC? I captured the 24PA with the Advanced pulldown option. Again thanks for all the help! You guys and this forum are lifesavers!
 
Ok, so I just have to make sure that when I do capture 24PA at the 29.97 NTSC setting that I check the box for pulldown removal. Right?
