cant remove my century boyenet wide angle lens, which way do i twist to remove?

Hey,

I've done a quick search around and cant find anything, my boyenet wide angle lens wont come off the dvx - been a while since i used it. Think its counter clockwise but don't want to force it too hard and break the lens. Ive been twisting and it don't want to budge. Anyone know? Cheers
