GH5 can't get the v-log activated on my GH5

So I have been trying to get this to work:

Firmware 2.2
I bought the V-log key.
I exported the serial list to the card went to the website uploaded it punched in the key got the active.list put it in the right folder on the sd card sd card back ito camera go to activate import activation code then I get : NO ACTIVATION CODE
I read all kinds of manuals watched youtube guides etc.

Anybody with an idea?
 
From the instructions it should be put in:

PRIVATE\PANA_GRP\PAVC\LUMIX\ACTV On the SD card.

The GH cameras are a bit funny with batteries and SD cards. Is the battery fully charged, is the card formatted as ExFAT or FAT32?
 
Artery is fully charged the card Formates by the camera and the file in ACTV

Oh...

My VLOG code is inbound from BHPhoto for my GH5 this week, so hope you find a solution soon!

The process for my GH4 was painless (apart form the fact I couldn't unlicensed it and transfer it to my GH5...)

Which slot? Tried both? Sorry for the silly questions - but running out of ideas, might be a call to Panasonic Support :(
 
I kind of tried everything and I know that most of it is correct I am successfully uploading the camera info to the panasonic website and the Key code is being accepted and it spits out an ACTV.LST file the GH5 just won't read it. Im off on a shoot so I don't have time to screw around with it and I am using HLG which is actually pretty good. Let me know how your upgrade went.
