Can't get my foley and ADR into timeline

Hey Guys,

I'm winding down a feature film project I shot on the HVX and editing in AVID 5.2.4. (720p/23.976) I've already added the music, Foley, and some ADR, no problem, but the clients wants the audio redone in one final scene... I recorded the ADR, saved it as a wave and mp3 file, imported them, but neither of them will carry over into the timeline... In fact... Note even the clips I've already used before will go into the timeline either... Can anybody tell me what I did, or am doing wrong?

what happens when you try to add em to tracks 1-8? do you have more tracks than that? you'll need to mix those down to add more.
 
Hey grinner...

I just checked my timeline and saw that I had 8 audio tracks that went from A3-A10 - I have no idea what happened to tracks A1 and A2... I added two audio tracks, which brought back the A1 and A2, now the files will move on to the timeline...

Don't know what that's all about, but thanks for having me recheck those audio tracks... very much appreciated.
