Can't get fotodiox pro nikon to canon adapter lens off ??

Embarrassed Already,

I've just taken my Zeiss 85mm F1.4 ZF.2 with Fotodiox Pro Eos Adapter off my 5D Mk2 to use with a Gh1 (Via another adapter of course) and I can't get the Adapter off the Zeiss (Nikon Mount) Lens ???

Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong ?:shocked:

I've heard if you apply a bit of pressure and gently rotate slightly tighter then try to remove it sometimes solves some of the opposite lock issues.
