can't find vegas pro 10

I have Vegas Pro 9. I'm doing some filming with the Canon 5d and finding issues using Vegas Pro 9.e during editing. I heard that 10 is much better to work with then 9 using the HDSLR cameras to film with. I looked for 10 download/upgrade but all I can find is 11. I did a trial with 11 and didn't like it. It was mostly the layout I think that I didn't like after being use to 09 for three years. Also I heard that 11 had a lot of issues. Any feedback or help would be GREAT - Thanks

I presume v10 is no longer on sale. Finding a copy of v10 and especially a v10 licence could be difficult. Although it couldn't hurt to inquire via the Sony website.

I think you'd be better off going for 11. The layout is very customisable. v11 has had compatibility issues for a small minority of users, especially with unusual hardware setups, but most users (including me) have had no problems.

What´s better on Vegas11 vs 10? I tried the trial and hated the way FX are displayed now.
Any reasons why to switch?

Does Sony allow an older Vegas Pro user to upgrade to Pro 11 and get upgrade pricing instead of paying the full price? I purchased Pro 9 about 4 years ago and would like to upgrade to Pro 11, but not at the full retail price!
