Can't connect to dvxuser.com since "update"

Hi Again.
I'm logging in from a friend's computer (Win 7, Firefox...same as mine)
Have not had any response to my previous note.
I have not been able to connect to the site since the "upgrade"!
Tried everything:
Flush browser cache
Flush DNS cache
Cleaned out everything DVXuser related

I even had ATT replace the modem!
I can't connect to this site from any browser on my desktop or laptop...desktop is Win 7 64; old laptop is Win Vista 32. Both work perfectly on every other website.
Every attempt results in "timed out" .

Every other website works except this one.
Searching brings up several dvxuser references, but clicking on anything dvxuser.com related just sits there on my screen until the "timed out" notice pops up.

What is going on???

Multiple threads on this exist...unfortunately it looks like it is what it is and it's every man/woman for him and herself because some people aren't experiencing this issue.

I've recommended using a hard-wired Ethernet connection from the modem (not router) for a temporary fix, which appears to work for everyone (or use your phone's network which should work too). Using a cable for a few days fixed it on my end.

Since some people aren't having this problem (or not having it anymore), it's difficult to pinpoint what the complication may or may not be with users across the globe.
 
The admins aren't acknowledging that it's an issue with the website. Worked perfectly before the retool but now I can't load it either on my home wifi. So I guess we're on our own...
 
I have tried WiFi and hardwired ethernet from my 2 desktops (Win 7 and XP Pro) and laptop(Vista)...all time out. I've killed firewalls, virus walls and even the modem's built in firewall. Nothing has worked.
Every other site I visit comes up properly. After 17 years, have i somehow cursed the site?

I have addressed it in other threads. If you are timing out on hardwire and Wifi, if you send me your public IP via PM, I can whitelist it.

If you are getting error time outs on both wifi and hardwire, I may need to unblock your IP and whitelist it. Please send me your public IP via PM.
 
If you are experiencing issue JUST on wifi but all is fine on hardwired, what happens when you ping the site on both hardwired and wifi?
