CAN'T CLOSE VIEWFINDER...PLEASE HELP!

I just knocked over my dvx100a with the viewfinder open. It rotates fine and seems to work, but it is locked in the open position. I don't want to force it closed..but I wanna try and fix it myself.

Anyone have any experience with the viewfinder. I think a tiny peice flew off. I see it's missing, I heard it fly..but can't find it. It's that little rectangle that covers the hinge of the viewfinder.

What to do?

Damn...I said viewfinder..but I meant the LCD screen.

Anyone know of a reputable place to get my DVX serviced in the NYC area?

UPDATE

Ok...I managed to get the viewfinder closed. The rectangle plastic piece that covers the hinge had gone out of place and was preventing the lcd from closing properly. I used a paperclip to wedge it back into place.

Now the lcd closes fine, but it only works when turned in the direction of the lens. The screen goes blank when you turn it back towards yourself.

Still need a place for service unless someone else has a suggestion.

goto the DVX100 website and look up a service agent close to you.. should be a cheap fix I hope.

Where is the dvx website? I thought I was on it.
