Can't Change Menu Setting

[IanK]

Just got my CitiDisk in the mail. I can't figure out how to get it to record. I went into 'Menu' then 'Other Functions' and the '1394 Control' is stuck on 'OFF'. I can't switch it to 'Both'. The 'OFF' is in blue which I guess means it is locked. How do I change it? Thanks so much.

A menu in Blue means that option is not available in the format you are in. Was your last setting in the recording set up menu at 720/24pn by any chance?

Thanks so much! Simple as that!
