I've tried to capture w/ avid and premiere pro, neither can find my camera (no input error). I updated windows and saw an update was added for win movie maker so I tried to capture with wmm 1st and it seemed to be working. I then opened avid and was able to capture with it. I then closed my current project and opened a new one but now I'm back to square one. Can't find the camera (no input error).
Also, when I connect the camera windows finds it and puts the camera icon in the lower right hand corner.

(I also posted a topic involving avid freezing but that problem doesn't occur anylonger and this isn't isolated to avid so I decided to post a new thread.)
