I really don't want to post this so collection only in the North East of England. Or we can meet halfway.
£700 on collection.
Internally the camera is fine and has never had a drop out. The glass is also in very good condition with no scratches, hazing or marks. This camera shoots great footage and I was still getting paid work with it up until the start of the year when I bought a new camera.
What you get:
- Canon XL2 with 20x lens
- Canon Mic
- Camera strap
- Large capacity battery
- Charger
The camera does have some cosmetic issues and also bad tripod threads which is why I have priced so cheaply. Please read below for any issues with the camera.
Issues:
- The tripod threads are damaged and you need to use the quick release plate provided.
- External condition is slightly worn in places.
- Viewfinder EVF sometimes flickers black for a split second
- Viewfinder eyecup plastic is slightly scratched and dirty
- Small crack on shoulder pad plastic
The tripod thread:
At some point in its life the tripod thread must have become stripped and a helicoil was inserted to replace them. The helicoil works however the thread depth is too shallow so a washer must be used with a quick detach plate.
