The lens is clear; I had the Tiffen UV Filter on since day 1 of using this camera. The camera hasn't been used a lot, at most, I say it under 50 hours of use. The reason why I am selling the camera is because I have upgraded. Hopefully I can give this camera that has been brought me great pleasure in beautiful images to the next person!
