Photo0070.jpgDSC01104.jpgDSC01108.jpgSo i have a f/1.8 25-100mm c-mount len for use w/ the any of the lumix G-series cameras.. so Gf1,Gh1,Gh2 etc. extremely fast zooming very sharp..awesome in low light. Lens is scratch free!! If you search hard you may be able to pick one up for $250-300 on ebay before shipping and ebay fees ...heres a link to the exact same lens listed for $650 on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/Canon-Zoom-Lens-...item51957e4cb7

I have previously listed this Lens for $200.....and dropped the Price... NOW I'm looking for $120 shipped!!! (as of 11/6/10)

As of 11/11/10 had temporarily dropped price in order to move quickly...no one jumped on my generous offer... so I'm increasing the asking price to $175 if it sells it sells if not I'll keep it as a back up!!

SOLD!!!

Hello everybody ! :)
Here's a test with GH1 + Fast C-mount zoom Canon 25-100m 1:1.8 :
direct link : http://vimeo.com/16156795
downtown di:strict (GH1 + c-mount canon 25-100 1:1.8)

this is the second test with this c-mount canon 25-100 1:1.8 fast zoom lens. Sorry this is not an HD version, my week HD vimeo limitation is over :(
this is the fastest zoom I have ever use, 1:1.8 aperture is very great for us, videographer.
Bad fully it's heavy (1.2 kg), it's infinity focusing doesn't work at wide shot, it is vignetting, minimal focusing distance is 2,5m (98 inch) but it's rendering is nice.

720P
always open @ 1:1.8
100 ASA
duration 6mn13sec
music : silicon soul "california song" (1981)
thanks to rafa to be my model and cyril to let me use his zoom

another test with lightest no name zoom 17-102mm 1:2 here :

Here's something no one tells you about... if you use an Anamorphic adapter with this zoom lens, you can get it to cover the 16x9 frame unsqueezed... yeah baby... I know cause I've done it.

Lens needs to sell this week!!! SUPER PRICE DROP!! another $50 off.... $120 shipped to your door!!!! within the US! PM ME!!!

in this case I left the vignette for artistic purposes..lens does vignette up untill about 75mm then dissapears... I find it artistic...when I don't need it I use the x2 digital zoom...there is very minimal degradation in quality...and it solves the problem..super sharp super fast lens I own 2 and am selling one

increasing asking price back to $175 shipped since no one wanted to take advantage of my generous price break!

not quite sure I understand your comment..either way...this is a 16mm TV Lens...one of the fastest zoom lenses that you can put on a gh1 / gh2...even better its perfect for low light shooting! its not really gonna be suited for say your HVX200 since its designed for the smaller 16mm film cameras....but it works like a charm for the gh1 because of its micro4/3 sensor!
