Canon T2i, T3i Battery LP-E8 Canon brand NOT CHEAP KNOCK-OFF.

$50-

used maybe 5 times...sold my T2i and buyer didn't want an extra battery. brand new from B&H (with $5 shipping) was $65.
upgrading to 5D, so unfortunately, this won't fit.

you don't want to run out of juice when shooting all day!

Yeah, so the $5.01 thing was a joke.
Well, only half-joking, because I'm not actually looking for a spare right now, but I'd buy it for that obviously!

The truth is, all joking aside, I understand that you paid $59 for it from B&H so it is still worth that amount to you, but you have to remember that you're not B&H.
To everyone else, you're a private seller, and the item is used.

Many people buy their accessories at the camera store at a premium because you have a relationship with that store (already buying other equipment, like their return policy, etc). In fact, Amazon.com (which is a trusted retail seller as well) sells the item brand new for just over $40:

And that's from amazon! You're not Amazon either, and yours isn't brand new.

And that's for a brand new unused one. Yours has been used at least a few times. That means my price, while a bit low for comedic shock value, wasn't SO outrageous. I'd say $10 would actually be fair market. But again, I'm not currently in the market, and being that you paid a lot more for it I don't expect you to be OK with that price anyway (I don't blame you!).
I'm just saying. Maybe its still for sale because you're asking too much?
 
i honestly don't trust that you can buy it for $14...something is off there. but, be my guest!

maybe i'll buy the T3i...i dunno.
