Canon/Sony Adapters for a6300?

Hey guys, I've tried to do some reasearch on a good adapter to use my Canon lenses on my a6300 for video. I can't seem to find much consensus out there on the cheaper adapters, especially in regards to video. I currently have the Viltrox speed booster clone. It doesn't have aperture control, but works well with my old nikon primes (with adapter rings) and the Fotodiox adapter. That allows me to change aperture and AF. That one works okay with stills, but when I try to shoot video, it locks the camera up and I have to pull the battery. AF isn't too concerning to me, but would like a simple adapter that would let me shoot video and change aperture on my canon glass. Other than the metabones, does anyone have suggestions for a good adapter for Canon/Sony?

I just picked up a Fotga on ebay that was listed as a generic adapter, so I'll see if that works okay, but would love to hear some experiences with some of the other adapters.

I use it for video, but you would change/control the aperture the same way for photography?

Yeah, sorry. I just meant it works okay for video as well? I have a Fotodiox that works okay to control aperture for stills, but when I try to record video the camera locks up and I have to pull the battery. Hoping to find one that works for video too.
