For sale is a Canon Prime L series 180mm macro f/3.5 medium telephoto. This is one of the sharpest lenses Canon has ever built and rivals the 85L for IQ. It is simply tack sharp and if you want shallow DOF, this lens will really deliver when wide open and has a terrific bokeh. In Macro mode, it lets you standoff your subject and use a tripod which is a huge advantage over the shorter macros.. Although billed as a Macro lens, it performs great for long distance portraits or other medium length purposes. It is a little heavy and does NOT have IS, but I have used it handheld without problem. The lens is in excellent condition and has been lightly used, I estimate under 1000 exposures. I am the original owner and have the original box and warranty card. Included is the original Canon carry case, sunshield, tripod ring and I'll include the Canon UV filter which has been on the lens since day one.
