F3: Canon EF to Sony FZ mount adapter, on a budget?

So I know everyone says the prolock adapter is a great adapter but its more than what I want to spend since I use mostly nikon glass. I am thinking of picking up the Canon 24-105mm though for my Sony A6300 if I can also find a way to use it on the Sony F3. Otherwise I might just go with the Sony 18-105 F4 lens (smaller, lighter, faster auto focus, Cheap where the speedboster and canon 24-105mm combo would cost more.) but it has its cons as well (can't use on a F3, can't be used with a speed booster, only cropped sensor so I can't use it on my A7R though I dont see myself using the A7R as a run and gun camera for stills so it will mostly stick in the studio or with primes).

Just trying to figure out if theres a way to get a good general use lens on the F3 for cheap (otherwise a older tokina pro 28-70mm F2.8 for nikon mount might be the best option for me)

Forgive me if I've got this completely wrong, but would one be able to use an FZ to EF adapter like this?
Then use an EF to Nikon adapter?
Again, I may be completely off, but it seems to me that if the EF to nikon adapter will preserve the proper flange distance, and the FZ to EF gets you there, then I'm not seeing why it wouldn't.
Then you'd have EF with the option for Nikon.

That would work for the nikon glass but im not sure how that adapter works with canon ef glass that are electronic. I already own the MTF adapter for nikon glass so I am good on that end. I am trying to get something that works well and is decent quality for canon EF glass (bonus points if image stabilization)

My understanding is that that EF adapter has its own aperture control independent of the lens, and if you're using modern photography lenses the iris opens up on them unless you're taking the picture anyway so you still have control.
