F3: Canon EF lenses on Sony F3?

Is it easy to use Canon EF lenses (electronic iris) lenses with a Sony F3? If so what are the best adapters to get?

I've got metabones for my FS7 and the EF>E Mt adapters work fine, but only used Nikon lenses with the F3 ( MTF and Prolock)

I need something as straightforward as the E mt adapters so you can power and control the iris form the camera.

There are some quality options, but nothing as cheap as they are for M4/3 and e-mount. Here's one:

MTF has one too but with external box to control aperture unfortunately. (Good for choking car to change tire too if needed). Maybe you can get one cheap cheap somewhere if you want to keep cost down:

I've been using the Canon Optitek on the F3 for 2 years.
Stellar build, never a hiccup ever. It's as though it's part of the camera, very reliable & strong.
We bounce from Nikkor primes (dumb) to Canon L's & occasionally the Tokina 11-16.
Essential adapter for us.

The optitek adapter is great. The only lens it couldn't swallow and adjust fully was my Canon 85/1.2 II.
