Matt,
I too am looking to purchase the C100 (will purchase from one of the forum sponsors next week). If you didn't know, they are dropping the price on the body by $1,000 (instant rebate). Should be announced on Monday. Most of the individuals on the forum paid $6499 (and only received delivery as early as November 2012). So don't expect anyone to sell their C100 for less than $5500 (which will likely be the promotional price on Monday, Kit price with 24-105 Lens will probably be $6500). Plus, the warranty is not transferable when purchasing pre-owned. I confirmed this info with Canon (contacted Canon in Irvine, CA and Hollywood, CA). I almost bought a C100 from a forum member last month. Glad I decided to wait!
