General Canon C100 setup kit HELP

Hi people. I neeed help with configuring rig for canon c100 (on its way). I am little bit lost when it comes to: rods, plates, ewf's, follow focuses and so on.
Here is my list till now and any suggestion would be appreciated:

Lenses:
Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX-II 11-16mm f/2.8
Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II
Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM

Rec:
Atomos Ninja-2
SanDisk-Extreme SSD Disk X2 240GB

Now I am lost with all that little parts for rig.
Started with:
Lanparte VMP-01 V-Mount Bridge Plate (Black)
Lanparte MB-02 Matte Box for DSLR Camera Rig V2 (Black)
...not a lanparte lover, just surfing arround they came up. Anythig better in that price range is very welcome
Lilliput 663/S2 HMDI Output 7"LED Monitor
Probably need arm for it (help)

Here is the point where I am lost:
Shoe Handle
Grip Relocator
Follow Focus
Magic Arm (monitoring)
VBP-01 HDMI Splitter
V-Mount Battery
shoulder mount
cheese plates
roods (dont know if i need upper, lower, 15mm or 19mm)
batteries, ditribution.

This camera setup need to be ready for fast shooting (shoulder) and also for shooting commercials and kind of stuff where it needs to be "client impressive".
By the way, I am video, graphic editor, design etc, sometimes director:) and I really need help.

You might get more responses if you posted this in the Cinema EOS forum where the C100/300/500 are discussed. That is a lot of questions, though. I'll give it a shot.
Lenses: For zooms, also consider the 24-105L, 18-135 STM, and Sigma 18-35 f/1.8.
Recorder: If you must have a recorder, I would skip the Lilliput and Ninja and just buy a Atomos Shogun if it is out.
Shoe Handle: The C100 has a handle, but I think Wooden Camera sells some replacements
Grip Relocator: Zacuto, probably. There may be other options, but nothing cheap as far as I know.
Follow Focus: So many options. I have the Lanparte. Works fine.
Magic Arm: Again, so many options. I have a Noga and a couple of Zacuto. I find the magic arms with 15mm rod connector to be far easier to use than 1/4 20 or other screw mounts.
All the rest: Do a search for rigs on the cinema EOS forum and see pictures and what people say. If you are just starting from scratch and don't want to spend a bunch of time on putting a rig together, it would probably be best to just buy a full rig from one of the suppliers. Or, just wait for the camera and see if you can get away without any of it. Many C100 owners have found it best to just shoot with it stripped all the way down. The camera is actually somewhat handholdable. With a decent lens with IS, I have often shot with just the camera strap and two hands as a points of contact.
