Pretty Good Project, I Liked It. At certain parts I felt it dragged a little, but overall it was cool. I liked the roof top scene and the one with the stairs and the lighting. Did not really like the driving scenes with the stop sign shaped bokeh. Overall though nice production.
Thanks EMC. I used 50mm 1.4 nikon for most of the video. for the roof shots I used 24mm nikon. I shot neutral contrast all the way down. For lighting the interior stair well I used one 2k fresnale, one 1k fresnale, and couple of red heads. roof top I used one red head and a 100 watt for some front fill along with available lighting. House scenes I used a kino flo diva kit along with one red head. Thanks again for checking out.
Thanks for the Production info reem12...it's really one of the better Music Videos I've seen by a DVXuser imho. Curious what Nikon-EOS Adapter you're using? I've had good luck w/Fotodiox on my GH1 but need to get one now for my 7D. Looks like they have a couple different versions ranging from $30-$60. I have a few Nikon primes (28mm/35mm/50mm) I'm dying to try as an alternative to my primary Canon 17-55mm/f1.8 Lens. Cheers!
I'm using the fotodiox as well for the 5d and 7d. will try and order 3 more for other lenses as I don't care to keep changing between lenses. Would rather have them on at all times.
Oh forgot to mention For the one poster who asked about equipment used. I used a merlin as well for some of the shots on the roof. and some of the downtown stuff.
