Canon 5D converted to ProRes - Graded footage looks pixelated??? Help!

Hello

I shot a music video with a 5D and convert the footage to Pro Res 422. I've edited the clip, using some crops and distorts in places. I've use Magic Bullet looks and a vignette and the cropped footage looks really pixelated!!! Any way I can fix this?? Or is this 5D footage not strong enough for this kind of manipulation?? It's a split screen video and footage that is cut down to 49/50% scale looks fine.

Anything I can do to fix?

I didn't have time for all that malarky unfortunately. I bounced the project down ungraded to pro pres HQ 422, and then put a filter on the whole file. Not ideal as wasn't able to do each clip separately, but better then not having a video at all!
