What are the differences between these two cameras? They seem to both have 21.1 MegaPixels, same size sensor, ect. The only thing I've noticed that is obviously different is the lack of video on the 1Ds.

This is no doubt due to newer noise reduction schemes. The sensor is exactly the same.According to Canon, the sensor is basically the same except the 5DII will be cleaner at higher ISOs.
Texas Jones, I don't know what point you're trying to make. The OP already acknowledged hat the 1Ds III doesn't do video, so video wasn't within the parameters of his question. The 1Ds has the same sensor as the 5D Mark II, end of story.
