No CC on the viz, shot in 720p24pn.
I drive past them everyday, but I wanted to see if I could get close enough to grab some decent shots...

anyway, enjoy!

Was that shot of the geese swimming at around 37 seconds you tracking with them or is it the motion of the water that makes it appear you're tracking with them? Hmm. It appears it's the motion of the water. Nice illusion though.

What is it about the HVX footage that looks so good? Is it the added resolution that gives more detail even through compression for the net? Just wondering.

True Story involving Canada Geese!

Sitting in McD's drivethru with the family and I hear the honking of geese overhead and don't think anything of it.
Next I hear what sounds like a five pound ball of wet toilet paper hit the side of the car and a moment later the disgusted shrieks of my three daughters in the back seat.

Damn geese dumped on the car and it hit about 8 inches back from my open window. If my four-year olds window had been open then we would have had a real problem.

Good vid, troy.

Some of the shots have a nice documentary feel to them.

Give us some more, won't you?

sincerely,

ian

I know i sat in goose dirt about 5 times. they can really stink it up. I guess that's what you gotta do to get the shot :furious3:
