Can you override the AUTO SHUT OFF feature on the DVX 100A?
Please help. It is driving me crazy!!!:kali:

Go into the menu - other funtions - tape protect - switch it to standby.

And while we're on this issue, I have another question in case anyone has an answer or thought. One of the options in the menu allows one to bypass PAUSE and go straight to STOP when not recording. I presume it's a head-against-the-tape issue. Any preferences?
