I asked this yesterday as part of a thread because i didn't know how to start
a new thread and now I can't find that one, so if you answered thank you and
sorry for asking again. I may change my handle to the inept one.
With the HVX-200:
1. Why are the ND options 1/64 and 1/8, not .3, .6, .9 etc. like with
gels and filters I've attached to cameras?
2. In the two cine-gamma settings, what does it mean to affect dynamic
range and to affect contrast?
3. When I zoomed all the way in using an HVX-200 it seemed to me to be
equal to about 60 mm. focal length (in 35 mm.). Not very much. Am I
missing something?
4. When you use manual iris, if you're not connected to a waveform monitor,
how do you meter/ measure/determine aperture setting?
THANKS!
