Can we shoot 1080p?

Yes, 1080 24pA works in FCP 5.1
and shooting 1080 30p is a favorite
timelapse setting.

In FCP 5.1, I just went to the sequence settings, duped the 60i setting and changed the framebase to 23.98 and then chose it as the default for a new project. Viola, 1080p, works fine with the files I conformed in Cinema Tools. My only current complaint is that the P2 import doesn't drop the 1080P 24p ADV frames. I'd rather not have to do it all via CT. Any ideas?
