Im trying to see if i can somehow make every video track i bring have the same setting under properties (for example changing time line to 23.97 etc..), so is there anyway to bring in the first video track in, change some settings in the properties, than bring in other video tracks and make them have the same property changes that the first one had with out having to do it one by one every time?thanks!

Project properties are global, so I am not sure what do you mean by making each video track comply with a specific frame rate. They are, by default.

Eugenia, thanks for the reply. I'm asking about individual track properties (when you right click on a track and hit properties, you get a menu "video event, media, general") ,so lets say i disable resample for a track ..now i add another track into the project, can i somehow make that track or any other tracks i bring in have that disable resample without having to right click on each track every time and doing it by myself...thats all...thanks..

Are you asking about tracks or clips? Seems like you're asking about clips, or what Vegas calls "Media Events."

Tracks are what the clips sit in on the timeline.

You can right-click on a clip, choose "Disable Resample" in the properties, then select all the other clips. Right-click on those and then choose "Paste even attributes."

Do this before you do any FX or cropping, because everything will be pasted.
