Can the firestore record 1080 60i

[TedRR]

Can the Firestore FS-100 record 1080 60i? Just bought our third HVX 200 that came with the FS-100 but can only get it to record 720???
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, if it's an FS-100, it can record 1080-60i.

I think you are posting this in the wrong section. Firestore FS-100 is an external firewire recorder.

This forum is for the Sony NEX-FS100

And don't confuse it with the Canon FS-100, which is a completely different product.

To answer your question - the Firestore FS-100 specs say it supports 1080 60i.

you will just have to set your hvx to the right recording resolution, the fs-100 will record it like you set your camera up...
