I've been shooting a doc in NYC using the Panasonic HVX200 set at 1080p24pa. My editing timeline is 23.98fps and I'm using QuickTime DVCPro HD codec.
I have a shooter in London with an EX3 that can shoot NTSC. What settings should I tell him to set the camera to in order to achieve the same fps, etc, as the HVX200? Double points if you know what I should tell him to set the Canon 5D too
