Can someone guide me through proper Slow Motion 60fps/24fps playback?

I cant for the life of me get Slow Motion to work on the F23/SRW1. I have both the HKSR102 and 103 boards installed in my SRW so I can do 1-60fps 4:4:4 and 4:2:2. I have the camera frequency set at S59.94 per the manual. I have the playback frequency in the SRW set at S23.98psf per the manual, yet, 60fps is moving fast when I play it back and 24fps looks like undercrank footage... what the hell am i doing wrong?

Also, how do i excute a ramp to trigger in that EI panel on the side of the camera? I see i can set the beginning and end speeds but can i trigger the ramp in that little menu?

Welp, i figured it out myself. For anyone else out there using the SRW and having troubles, here is what you do....

The camera needs to be set to S59.94 or S60. The frame rate in the camera needs to be 60fps.

When you dock the SRW to the SRPC1, you need to go into the format men u and change the frame rate to either 23.98 or 24 depending on if you shot 59.94 or 60 and system freq should be set at 23/24.

Thats it. :)

Now i need to figure out why im only getting the SRW to work in 59.94 and 60fps 4:4:4 when its docked on the back. If i try to record on the top of the camera i get a VTR Warning and "NO SDI Input" and it wont record.

Maybe the top multiconnector SDI return port is dirty or something. Does it look clear in there?

Also, that lens is looking multitudes better than the other one you were running with for a while there.
Seems to have a very clean look.

I would agree with you that it might be dirty if it wasnt for the fact that when the camera frequency is set to 23.98 or 24 the SRW is fine docked ontop. It only yells at me and wont work on top at 59.94 or 60. very strange...

and i sure as hell hope the lens looks better given its an HD Fujinon where as I was using an SD Canon when I first got it.
