Can I Upgrade My Smooth Shooter To An X-10?

I just bought the Smooth Shooter only to find out about the X-10 with the dual articulating arm. Can I upgrade to the dual arm or do I have to replace the whole thing?
I don't want to have to spend another $2,300 on top of the $1,300 that I just spent.
