Can I output HD via Firewire in Premiere?

Is there anyway to trick Premiere into letting me output a AVCHD preset timeline via firewire to my DVCAM deck. I am looking for a way that does not involve me having to export the timeline as an AVI file and then bring it into a standard def DV timeline. I understand that my DV source is SD and thus a lower res, but I was hoping it would auto scale it or something... I generally master everything to DVCAM when I am done.

I am guessing I am out of luck, but I thought I would ask you all.

It is not possible. The IEEE1394 protocol will not work with AVCHD. That's the reason there is no Firewire on AVCHD cameras. You'll have to convert to either HDV, DVCProHD, or down-rez it to SD first. And even then, I don't know that you can send a Firewire HD signal to an SD deck (I've never tried).
