can I get thumbnails in P2 mode to dislay actual recording time???

After shooting my scenes, I notice that when I switch over to playback mode on the P2 cards in the HVX200, the thumbnails are always displaying some strange timecode, not the number of minutes or seconds I actually recorded.

Can anyone quickly explain to me what is the difference between those abbreviations: UB, TCG, etc and how to set the thumbnail display menu to show just actual recording time beneath each thumbnail.

All those choices are described in the manual.

It also always displays the duration of any clip in the bottom right. Put the cursor over the clip to highlight its icon, and in the lower right it'll show you the duration of that clip.
