Hoping I can get a quick answer to this as I am recording SOUND only tomorrow on my HPX171 camera and wondered if I set the camera to it's lowest VISUAL recording mode (DV) - then will the sound be the same high quality as when set to record it's highest VISUAL mode (HD)??
It's just this will give me more recording time per card etc.
