Can Anyone Help me Clean Up a 1minute audio clip.

i had to do a interview near a race car track and there was no way to get away from the race car engines. Ive tried everything I can. But maybe someone can isolate and remove it? or give me a tip. using final cut pro. The audio sounds find but u can just hear the race car track going around and around. Is it save able? I can send you a MP3 to check it out.

Here's the trick with noisy backgrounds:

Show the audience what it is making the noise and they accept it.

So if you are interviewing someone near a busy road and the traffic sound is loud, shoot them with the traffic in the B/G, if you shoot them so the audience cannot see the traffic then psychologically the traffic noise is seen as much more of a distraction.

As for your audio, I doubt it can be cleaned much as car noises tend to be white noise and not a fixed frequency.
