GH2 Cameras Workflow to cornform 60fps to 24fps

Hi, I wondered what is a good workflow to conform 720p 60fps to 24fps without transcoding to Proress and use cinema tools? I use premiere but when I reinterpret the 60fps footage to 24fps from the GH2 I get some Programs errors. thanks
 
Open the clip in Cinema Tools.

From the Menu > Clip > Conform > Conform to 23.98

No need to transcode

EDIT: Re-reading your post, are you wanting to NOT use Cinema Tools? My bad if so...
 
Thanks for you reply but I can't open MTS from the GH2 with cinema tools, I'm doing something wrong?
