Camera trigger with new firmware

Have any of you guys been using camera trigger regularly with the new Firmware? It would crash sometimes on the original software implementation and I was wondering if it's been fixed yet? I usually only use the 7Q record button.

I have a paid shoot coming up and I thinking of using dual recording to both the 7Q and the SDHC card, but I wanted to make sure it would not give me any problems.

I've used the camera trigger (Sony FS700 v3.01) since I got the 7Q with the original firmware (now using latest firmware) and have never had any problem with the camera trigger. It also works fine with my Panasonic HPX250. Dual recording gives you a lot of peace of mind just in case.

No problems in the previous firmware for me - I haven't tried the latest one yet.

I used camera trigger exclusively on my trip right after the 4K firmware came out. Worked fine. Was just using it today with the latest firmware, too.

Hey Josh, on your trip did you mix different frame rates while using Camera Trigger?

On the original firmware, when I would use S&Q mixed with Camera Trigger, it would sometimes crash the 7Q. Camera trigger does seem much more stable now as I have yet to crash it with the latest firmware, but just want to 2x check.
