camera shake plugin

Does anybody know of a PP plugin that will give the effect of the really fast shaky camera movement- often seen in horror movie trailers?

If you do not do it in camera you will lose valuable video quality. You may not notice the loss but on a large tv and if it applies, a cinema screen it will look awful.
