Camera Settings Sheet/Form

Does anyone know of anywhere I can find a sheet/form for recording the settings of the DVX100A during a shoot?

I've done a few now and would love to be able to record what combination of settings I used each time, but as I'm sure we all know, there are a ton of options so writing out everything by hand each time is rather time consuming.

I'm basically looking for something that lists all the settings/menu options with a check box beside each one to indicate what was selected.

If anyone has one or knows where I can download one I'd really appreciate a point in the right direction. Thanks guys and gals!

Couldn't you just make something like that in Word or Excel? That way you could customize it to your liking.

If i had time I'd make one in excell and print out the grid lines to help separate the different settings...

We actually have started to make one ourself, but it's a pretty big job because of all the features you have to account for. I just wanted to check and see if there was one already out there. No need to re-invent the wheel right? :-)

I have 3 scene files to store project settings... faster than write settings at locations, if I should use the settings later I take notes (back in office).
