Well, those pics are both very different looks, the one on the left is high-contrast, the one on the right is low-contrast and more heavily tinted.
For the one on the right, you might look at the Golden Eye look in this thread.
For the one on the left, you might go with B.PRESS or CINE V gamma, NORMAL MATRIX, COLOR LEVEL in the negatives, CHROMA TEMP slightly in the negatives.
