Camera Settings for FS 100 & NX5

Just got the first FS100 and my second arrives on Monday...

Since my NX5U can only shoot 1080/30p, any problem with mixing that footage with my 1080/60p footage from my 2 FS100s if the final delivery is a NTSC DVD with 720X480 30p? (The NX5u will be primarily a static wide shot)

The answer to your question really depends on your NLE choice (you have not said what it is) and the rest of your workflow. Since everyone's situation is different, I recommend that you spend a couple of hours running your own tests and come to your own conclusions. Personally, I don't see why you'd want to shoot 60P on any of the cameras. I think you'll find it doesn't give you anything you couldn't get with 1080/30P for DVD. Odds are that your NLE will just throw away every other frame to get 60 down to 30. http://www.vortexmedia.com/DVD_FS100.html
