Camera for Sound in Slow Motion?

Does anybody know if there is a way to record sound while shooting in slow motion? Is there some trick to getting this to work on the HVX? If not, is there a competing camera (EX1 or newer Panasonic) that can do this? I'm talking about recording 60 fps and at the same time either recording slowed down audio or recording regular speed audio at the same time on the same camera.

I would suggest using a seperate audio recording device. That way you can manipulate the audio in any way you wish in post.

Thanks, but I'm doing this research for an artist who specifically is asking for this in one unit. We do sometimes record with a separate audio recorder, but that's just another thing to bring/lose/operate, etc. So no cameras that allow this?

Don't shoot in the native modes.

You can't record audio in native mode when using a frame rate that doesn't match the one of the mode you're in.

Shoot 72060p.

Records sound, and then you can do your slowmo's in post onto a 24 or 30 fps timeline.
