Camera defaults to Film Cam

My HVX200 defaults to Film Cam mode when powered back on. Is there a way to make Video Cam the default?
This is not normally a problem as I usually shoot in Film Cam but when I use my underwater housing and the client wants Video Cam (to be consistent with the project) I have to load the camera in the housing with the power on and then leave the power on. A problem on long shoots.

Save your scene files. If you don't save them, they revert to the last saved state.

This probably has to do with the scene file your using. if you change the scene file to be on VIDEO CAM it should stick
