Camera Control Pro 2 and the D90

Hello,

I am new to the community and this is my first post.

I just got my D90 with the 35mm 1.8 and the 50mm 1.4 lenses.

I have a question about Camera Control Pro 2.

Can I trigger the Movie recording on the d90 with this software?

I can only take pictures and I have to unplug the cable from my pc, press the Live View button on the camera and press ok to begin the video recording process.

Am I missing something?

When? The replacement for the D90, the D7000 is coming out and the video is 1000% better. So far for what we have seen from it you can't even compare them. If you have time to return it do so immediately!

Sorry, that I don't know about. But try and return it if you can and wait for the D7000. You won't regret it. Some some stores give you time to return. Adorama by example is giving you 30 days to return merchandise. Good luck!
