Does anybody know any companies the can make the exterior of camera? Just need the case itself to be made.

I'm looking into developing something where I could stick another non-shoulder mount camera into it... so I can have a shoulder mount form factor 35mm lens camera.
Basically take a HPX3000 body, remove all the internals, put mounts inside, place a 35mm adapter inside, then you can place any camera into that larger body and stick a 35mm lens on the front of it. Plus Anton-Bauer battery plates, audio, BNC connections, ect.
But I obviously don't want to pay for a 3000 or even a 300 just to do that.

that's a unique idea, but you may want to start google searching film/tv propmakers...maybe?
