No clue as to which newspaper it originated from. As with most things, I found it online.

That's funny. Thing is the mother that wrote it may still not get it. Back in the late 90's a local radio station at the time read off a list of bands that have played live at least once. The top band on the list was Buster Hymen and the Penetrators.
