Camcorder Lens Adapter Versus Anamorphic?

Hey all,

An anamorphic lens would squeeze an anamorphic image onto your 16x9 sensor. The lens you posted is a telephoto extender... you'd use it if you needed more image magnification than your lenses were giving you. It screws onto the front of one of your lenses and multiplies it by 1.5x.
