Call Sheet Templates

I need a good call sheet for a short I'm producing. I was using one through nofilmschool.com, but it doesn't seem accessable and preferably free.

Here is a template I made from bits I liked of various others. You should be able to view it and copy it to your own drive or download. I generally like to make my own documents as many out there are partially complete, or have things in places that don't make sense to me, or cost money, etc. Plus you can take out any bits you don't need, but should you need anything, much of what you might need is there.
