Cables for shotgun mics??

The price difference between those cables and name-brand cables isn't all that much, considering. That 25' is going to run about $15 after shipping. Trew sells a 25' Canare Star-Quad cable with Neutrik connectors for $38. Even though it's double the price , in the overall scheme of things, unless you have to buy hundreds of them, the cost difference is trivial, totally negligible. I wouldn't risk it myself, especially for paying gigs.
